WIRELESS CALL SYSTEM

Hoist elevators are used on construction sites to safely move both employees and materials. The Smartcall Wireless Call System has been developed to enhance the safe use of hoist elevators on any job site. Rather than shouting to get the hoist operator to hear you, the system allows workers to get the attention of the operator with the press of a button.

This system can be adopted onto different platforms, can be integrated with other systems, and can be incorporated in an existing construction building either using wireless technology or using manual calling for the hoist. The calling devices in the system are weatherproof as they are created for outdoor activities. Also, the battery life of the calling devices last up to 24-36 months and can be switched on and off as needed. The range of the Smartcall Wireless Call System can transmit for up to 1600-2600ft (500-800m) and supports up to 99 buttons per elevator.

A smart wireless rf based system, no Wi-Fi required. The display will show:
1) 30 floors in the queue as well as up and down arrow. 10 seconds after the hoist gets to the calling floor the call number will disappear from the queue.
2) Weather and wind speed plus a warning message when speed exceeds 25 mph.
3) Display custom messages that are sent via the mobile app.

A mobile app that will display the location of all hoists wind speed and call requests. Send custom messages to the hoists and to the loading dock display. Custom reports on site operation are also available.

A real-time communication system with a 23-50 inch display that shows the location of the hoists, a safety video of your choice a custom message that will be delivered from the smartcall app and the 5 last calls placed.

EMERGENCY SYSTEM

A fast response time is crucial in any emergency situation. With this in mind the experts at Smartcall developed a wireless emergency system consisting of:

1) Base stations which will be located in each hoist and in the GM office.

2) Emergency callbox located on every floor. Breaking the glass on the box will give access to a button that once pressed will cause an alarm to sound in both the hoist and the GM office. The exact location of the emergency is indicated instantly.

3) Each box has a transmission distance of approximately 1600-2600ft (500-800m), water proof buttons, and a battery life of 24-36 months. 

4) A mobile app that will receive a text message alert when an emergency button is pressed. This can be configurable via escalation path. 

5) The system provides detailed tracking for each alert. An alert activity log presents all activity related to the alert; when the alert was created, who was notified, when the notifications were sent, whether  the recipients have seen the alert, and any actions taken. Tracking is performed seamlessly, without requiring specific user action.
